Shipping Rates
- We offer a flat shipping rate of $15 within the United States.
- Free shipping on orders over $75 (automatically applied at checkout).
Processing Time
- Orders are processed and handed to our shipping partner within 1–5 business days (Monday–Friday).
- We do our best to ship quickly, but processing times may vary during busy periods.
Delivery Time
- Shipping is from international warehouses (typically China). Estimated delivery is 10–25 business days (2–5 weeks total) after processing.
- Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs processing, weather, holidays, or other events outside our control.
- Once the order is transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.
Tracking
- All orders include tracking information, which we’ll send to your email once shipped.
- Track your order directly through the carrier link provided.
Lost or Delayed Packages
- If your order shows as delivered per tracking but you have not received it, please file a claim with the carrier (e.g., USPS, DHL) or your local post office.
- We can assist by providing tracking details, but once tracking confirms delivery, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
International Shipping
- We currently ship only to the United States. International orders are not available at this time.
