Refund policy
Returns & Exchanges We do not accept returns or exchanges except in cases of manufacturing defects or damage upon arrival.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if there is an issue. Include photos of the defect or damage and the packaging.
Approved defect claims will be handled via refund or replacement through our supplier. Buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs if applicable.
Due to the nature of dropshipping and international fulfillment, we cannot accept returns for change of mind, sizing issues, or buyer's remorse. All sales are final unless the item is defective or arrives damaged.
Lost or Stolen Packages We provide tracking for all orders. Once tracking shows the item as delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your order shows as delivered but you have not received it, please file a claim with the carrier (USPS, UPS, etc.) or your local post office. We can assist by providing tracking information.
